Preparatory work including readings, lecture slides, handouts and videos can be found on www.airwayworld.com/emergency. [Password: prepare]. It is suggested this be completed prior to attending the course.

Food and Beverages
Please refer to your schedule for specific meal and break times. A continental breakfast is provided on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 -7:30 am. A box lunch is included on Saturday at the “Lunch with the Experts” session from 12:00 – 1:15 pm. A list of local restaurants and hotel eateries can be found at the registration desk for all other meals.
The Dress Code
There is no particular dress code for this event. However, we do suggest having a sweater or jacket with you as the meeting space temperature can vary. Please keep in mind that during the hands-on sessions, equipment is often covered with lubricant.

Name Badges
Please wear your badge whenever you are attending a portion of this meeting. It serves to identify you as a course attendee, facilitates networking between faculty and other attendees, and specifies your group names. Your group names are located in the bottom corners of your badge.
Using Your Meeting Schedule
Please follow the schedule provided in the back pocket of your badge holder. Everyone’s schedule will not be the same. If you have any questions, please ask for assistance at the registration desk. Be sure to turn the card over on Day 2.
CME Sign-in Sheets and Forms
Please sign-in every day to receive your CME credits. At the conclusion of the course, you will be asked to complete and submit a Hospital Physician Partners CME application. The forms will be collected at the registration desk.
The Airway Card: Emergency™
Each registrant is provided with one copy of The Airway Care: Emergency™ located in your name badge holder. We suggest that you write your name on it. Additional cards may be purchased at www.theairwaysite.com.

Personal Property
