Airway Management Education Center is pleased to announce the first 2015 offering of The Difficult Airway CourseTM. Two intensive CME programs will be held in Orlando, Florida, March 6 – 8 at the Hyatt Grand Cypress.

The Difficult Airway Course: Emergency provides an immersion experience in difficult and failed airway management for Emergency Physicians and other professionals tasked with airway management in emergency situations. "We are eager to open our course year in Florida," said Ron M. Walls, National Course Director. "We look forward to working with providers committed to staying on the leading-edge of airway management."

The Difficult Airway Course: Anesthesia is an intensive course designed for Anesthesiologists. Taught by a world-class faculty, the course offers an in-depth exploration of the four high risk elements of airway management: Difficult Airway & Awake Intubation, Failed Airway & Open Cricothyrotomy, Airway Exchange Catheters, and Crisis Team Leadership. "We are excited about the new course format, where we delve deeply into areas of great concern for anesthesiologists," said Michael F. Murphy, MD, National Course Director.

Taught by a world-class faculty, both 2.5 day programs offer hands-on sessions with a multitude of airway devices challenging Code AirwayTM simulations, instruction in advanced airway techniques, and "pearls" that benefit even the most experienced providers.
